First Grade Mathematics



Traditional instruction in mathematics is enhanced by the use of many hands-on activities and manipulatives which assist children in relating to more abstract concepts.

Basic mathematical facts, numeration, geometric operations, measurement, and money are some of the many topics studied throughout the year.
