PS/LS Media Center Events


Things are always happening at the Media Center!
  • Middle School Reading Buddies visit and read to Preschool and Lower School students.
  • Middle School students stage presentations for Lower and Preschool students.
  • Volunteers workin the Media Center throughout the year. Parents and volunteers also have the opportunity to read to classes. Headmaster Bob Chambers and Assistant Headmaster J.P. Watson also occasionally stop by.

Guest Author Visits –

Carmen Deedy visited the Lower School Media Center in Spring 2009 and presented to Preschool and Lower School students. Previous guests have included Patria Blacco Avi, Gail Karwoski, Mr. Eric, and Clifford, the Big Red Dog!


The Birthday Club

When you join the Birthday Club, your name is written in the book you choose to give to the library to celebrate your special day.
