Summer Programs General Information



Registration: Classes are available to ALL children in the Athens area and surrounding counties. Class sizes will be limited to provide individualized instruction time.

Tuition: A $50 per camp per week deposit is required at the time of registration. Full tuition is due the first day of camp. Make checks payable to Athens Academy.

Student Billing: Students who are enrolled in Athens Academy may opt to be billed for camps. This billing will appear on the normal monthly statement. Students not enrolled should pay using cash or check payable to Athens Academy.

Terms and Conditions: The staff and facilities are contracted according to enrollment. Therefore, we must ask for a deposit that cannot be refunded after May 1. For example, if you are registering your child for two weeks or two camps, a $100.00 deposit is due with the registration. The remaining balance must be paid by the first day of each week your child attends.

We are unable to make refunds for illness or change of plans. Both Camp and Extended Times are subject to cancellation due to insufficient enrollment. If this happens, full refunds will be returned.

Cancellation Policy: All courses and camps are offered subject to adequate enrollment. A full refund will be made in all cases when a course is cancelled.

Attire: Well groomed and informal.
