AGES: 4 years old by June 11, 2012 through rising 5th graders.

LOCATION: The Lower School Barrett Hall will serve as camp headquarters; morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up will be at Barrett Hall.

EXTENDED TIME: We offer this time in the morning and afternoon at an additional cost to parents. Please help us ensure that we provide adequate supervision for your children by registering your child in advance. If you are not signed up prior to the start of camp, then payment must be made at the time of pick-up. A $5.00 surcharge will be included.

The cost this summer will be $20.00 per child per week for morning extended time from 7:40-9:00am and $20.00 per child per week for afternoon extended time from 3:00-5:30pm (a $5.00 per minute late fee is charged for children picked up after 5:30pm). Total cost for both morning and afternoon Extended Time is $40.00 per child per week.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The staff and facilities are contracted according to enrollment. Therefore, we must have a deposit of $50.00 per week that cannot be refunded after May 1. For example, if you are registering your child for two weeks, a $100.00 deposit is due with the registration. The remaining balance must be paid by the first day of each week your child attends. We are unable to make refunds for illness or change of plans. Both camp and extended time are subject to cancellation due to insufficient enrollment. Full refunds will be given.
