Music



Athens Academy provides students in all divisions the opportunity to study music. General music classes begin in the Preschool. Preschool and Lower School students explore the world of music through singing, playing instruments and composing. Students in grades 2-12 may participate in the string orchestra program.

The band program is open to students in grades 5-12 and students in Upper School may participate in the Jazz Band. Music is an integral component of the education of Athens Academy students.
