Service Recognition
The Robert F. Marion Award
2011 Award Recipients - Anne Lanier Gilbert, Kristin Lawson, Daniel Mason
Presented to seniors in recognition of their outstanding service to the school and community, as his or her actions reflect the selfless devotion to the ideals and philosophy of Athens Academy as manifest in the spirit of Robert Marion
Service Medals are also awarded to students from each grade who demonstrate a commitment to the service of others through activities sponsored in affiliation with Athens Academy. Typically, up to six students per grade are recognized with these awards at an assembly held prior to graduation in May.
