Admissions Process
In evaluating an applicant and making admissions decisions, consideration is given in the following areas:
- availability of space in the class
- the academic profile of the applicant
- personal interests of the applicant
- potential contributions of the applicant to the academic and extracurricular interests of the school
- strength of character and understanding gleaned from an interview
- academic and personal recommendations
- alumni and/or sibling relations

The sequence for enrollment is as follows:
- Visit us at our Information Sessions in November (preschool) or December/January (all grades). An individual visit can be arranged through the Admissions Office.
- Applications are accepted year round. To be considered in the first round of decisions for K3-1st, applications should be received by December 15; for grades 2-12, applications should be received by February 15. Transcripts, testing records and recommendations must be submitted with the application. (Go to the forms page to download an application.)
- Admissions Testing/Screening
- An interview with a division representative, including the applicant and at least one parent.
- The first round of decisions for preschool (K3-K5) is made in January and for grades (1-12) in March. Later admissions decisions are made upon completion of the admissions process.
- Upon acceptance, families return the Enrollment Agreement with a deposit reserving a space for the upcoming academic year.
