All payments are considered past due if not received by the 10th day of the month due. An interest rate of 1 1/2% will be charged on the 11th of the month for payments not received by the 10th day of the month. A monthly payment plan is available through the Business Office.
*If a re-enrollment deposit is not paid when due, only $500.00 (of the $750.00 deposit) will be credited to the account.
Tuition Refund Plan
Parents/Guardians accept full responsibility for the tuition and required fees for the entire school year unless a notice of withdrawal is made to the Academy in writing before August 1. Parents/guardians may participate in the tuition refund plan by paying a one-time premium, which is billed with the first tuition installment. This plan provides the opportunity to insure tuition (prepaid and when due) in the event of separation according to the terms of the policy. Separation includes medical absence/withdrawal, non-medical withdrawal or dismissal.

*These rates apply when bus riders are unable to ride the bus home in the afternoon because of their participation in school-sponsored activities. The special rate is prorated depending on the student’s participation schedule.
