Payment Schedule
Re-enrollment Deposits: $750 each child- Rising K4-1st grade are due December 15, 2008
- Rising 2nd -12th grade are due March 1, 2009
- If a re-enrollment deposit is not paid when due, only $500.00 (of the $750.00 deposit) will be credited to the account.
- Pre-payment with a discount: All tuition and technology fees paid by June 1, 2009 (3% discount on tuition).
- 3 payment Plan: Three payments due on June 1, 2009, November 1, 2009, and January 15, 2010.
- 8 payment Plan: Eight payments due on the 1st of each month, beginning April 1, 2009 thru November 1, 2009.
- 1/3 on October 1, 2009
- 1/3 on December 1, 2009
- 1/3 on February 1, 2010
The school accepts checks, cash, Visa, and MasterCard for payment of tuition and fees. All payments are considered past due if not received by the 10th of the month due. An interest rate of 1 1/2% will be charged on the 11th of the month for payments not received by the 10th of the month.
Tuition Refund Plan
Parents/Guardians accept full responsibility for the tuition and required fees for the entire school year unless a notice of withdrawal is made to the Academy in writing before August 1.
Parents/guardians may participate in the tuition refund plan by paying a one-time premium, which is billed with the first tuition installment. This plan provides the opportunity to insure tuition (prepaid and when due) in the event of separation according to the terms of the policy. Separation includes medical absence/withdrawal, non-medical withdrawal, or dismissal.
