You can select from the designs currently
available on MovableType, and you can also select
from a more adventurous set of templates you can download from the following
site: http://www.thestylecontest.com/browse/
Once you’re in your blog,
select the "Templates" menu on the left-hand navigation bar.
Click on "Select a Design Using Stylecatcher" link toward the bottom of the screen
under "Plug In Actions."
To access the styles currently loaded into
your system, click the “Find Styles” button.
To access the new styles from the web, enter
this web address -- http://www.thestylecontest.com/browse/
-- into the "Theme or
Repository" line and select "Find Styles."
Once the new styles have loaded (might take
a minute), select "Show Details." That will give you a larger image
of each style.
Highlight the style you want and select
"Choose this Design" at the bottom of the page.
When you see the window that says the design
was successfully applied, you can use the green "back" arrow in the
top left corner and then rebuild the site before exiting the MovableType program.
If you'd like to see what the new style
looks like, select "View Site" and hit the Refresh button once the
site opens.
