LAKEVIEW ACADEMY 59, ATHENS ACADEMY 50: At Athens Academy, the Spartans dropped to 8-9 overall and 5-4 in Region 8-A.
Jack Nasworthy led Athens Acadey with 20 points and five rebounds while Hugh Laughlin added 12 points and nine rebounds.
The Spartans will play at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Tallulah Falls.
