Prep Round Up - ABH
CHRISTIAN HERITAGE 36, ATHENS ACADEMY 32: At Dalton, the Spartans – ranked No. 19 in the Class A Private power ratings – lost to No. 14 Christian Heritage in the first round of the state tournament.
Jaila Salley-Barnett led Athens Academy with 11 points. Rose Bone had seven points and six rebounds and Maddy Wicker had six points and six rebounds.
The Spartans end the season at 15-12. Christian Heritage (18-6) will face No. 3 Hebron Christian in the second round.
