COVID-19 Protocols (as of December 17, 2020)
If a parent/student or faculty/staff member completes the screening on the PikMyKid app and is NOT cleared to come to campus due to exposure, symptoms, or a positive test:
The parent/student or faculty/staff member will get an immediate alert that they may not come to campus, and the school is able to see on the dashboard that they aren’t cleared to come to campus. They should also contact the division office to report symptoms or exposure. They should also contact their primary care provider or the health department to consider testing for COVID.
Symptoms of illness include:
- Fever of 100.0 F (38 C) or above or symptoms of fever like alternating chills and sweating
- New and persistent cough
- Trouble breathing, shortness of breath or severe wheezing
- Body aches
- Sore throat
- Loss of smell or taste, or change in taste
- Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea
- Headache unrelated to a previous condition
