Dear Fellow Alumni,

It is a true honor to serve as this year's Alumni Board president. Like so many of you, some of my most meaningful friendships, greatest mentors, and defining experiences began on Spartan Lane. No matter where life has taken us since graduation, Athens Academy remains a place that shaped our character, challenged us to pursue excellence with honor, and instilled values that continue to guide us today.

This year is an especially exciting one for our school community as we celebrate Athens Academy's remarkable legacy while welcoming our new Head of School, Jeff Miles. Jeff has already brought tremendous enthusiasm and energy, along with a genuine appreciation for the unique culture that makes Athens Academy so special. His commitment to students, faculty, families, and alumni reflects the very best of our school's traditions, and I know our alumni community will join me in giving Jeff and his family the warm Spartan welcome they deserve as they begin this new chapter.

Our school continues to thrive because generations of Spartans have invested their time, talents, and resources to ensure that each class has opportunities that are even greater than those before it. From academics and athletics to the arts, service, and leadership, Athens Academy continues to build on a foundation that has inspired students for 60 years.

Today, our alumni community spans thousands of graduates across the country and around the world. While our careers, families, and communities may be different, we remain connected by the experiences we shared at Athens Academy. I encourage you to stay involved, whether that means returning to campus for homecoming, reconnecting with classmates, mentoring a fellow Spartan, volunteering your time, or supporting the Annual Excellence Fund. Every act of engagement strengthens our community and helps ensure that future generations experience the same transformative education we were fortunate to receive.

I hope you'll make time to visit campus this year. Whether it's your first visit in months or in decades, I think you'll be inspired by the energy of our students, the dedication of our faculty, and the exciting future that lies ahead under Jeff's leadership.
