Bus Service

Athens Academy provides transportation services to families in Clarke and Oconee counties, Greensboro, Madison, and other outlying areas. Service is provided in the morning and at the 3:20 p.m. dismissal. Routes are selected to serve the largest number of families while minimizing the ride for the students. Families registered for bus service will be notified in early August about the time the bus will arrive.

There are discounts available for multiple children in a family and for students who only wish to ride the bus to school in the morning. Please contact the Facilities Office at 706-433-2542 with any questions about this service.

In the morning, all buses arrive at the Tillman Center between 7:50–8:00 a.m.  In the afternoon, all buses load at 3:20 p.m. at the Tillman Center.
