I am proud to be a student at Athens Academy. The classes here are definitely challenging, and the teachers push us to do our best and think for ourselves. What makes it even better is knowing they actually care about me as a person.
As an independent, college preparatory school, Athens Academy is committed to excellence with honor for and from each and every student, from the youngest Preschooler up through twelfth grade. Our curriculum is designed as a set of building blocks, with each grade building upon the previous year in order to set every child up for success.  Experiential learning, creativity, and exploration are important parts of the school day, as are critical thinking and problem solving. Faculty work hard to differentiate learning and to meet the needs of each and every child, with help from the Learning Resource Center.
