AA's Block Competes in Foot Locker Cross Country Championship - Oconee Leader
Athens Academy junior standout runner Anna Marian Block ran in the Foot Locker Cross Country championship Saturday in San Diego.
Block finished 29th in a time of 18:18 and her South team finished first in the team results.
Block competed in the south regional in Charlotte on November 26 and finished 10th with a time of 17:52 to qualify for the national race. The top 10 finishers in each of the four regionals qualified in the national championship in San Diego.
