Extended Day Staff
Athens Academy is looking for individuals to work with children ages four through Grade 8 in the Extended Day Program. The work hours can be flexible to accommodate individual schedules between 12:30-6:00 p.m. These are part-time positions. Experience working with young children is preferred. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Monitor and report behavior of the students according to approved procedures.
- Assist students with homework as necessary.
- Oversee students involved in activities, maintaining order and proper protocols during all activities.
- Work cooperatively and consistently with Extended Day Program Coordinator, teachers and parents.
- Attend designated orientation.

Tutors
Athens Academy's Learning Resource Center is seeking several tutors. These are part-time, independent contractor positions that do not qualify for benefits. We are accepting applications for tutors with expertise in the following areas:- Language Arts, grades 5-6
- English, grades 7-12
- Chemistry, grades 10-12
- Calculus, grades 11-12
- History, grades 9-12
- Statistics, grades 11-12
- Study Strategies, grades 5-12
